Built upon passion and commitment, we, Peak Vision Appraisals Limited, are a professional valuation firm providing bespoke valuation and assessment at your request. We offer a broad range of independent third-party valuation services covering business enterprises, resources projects, real properties, intangible assets, financial instruments, and plants and machineries for financial reporting, public disclosure, internal reference purpose, etc. Besides, we also provide feasibility advices and preliminary valuation on mining projects and organize independent technical review services for mining properties. Apart from valuation service, we also provide environmental, social, and governance reporting services under Peak Vision Care Limited, for listed companies on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
With our main office based in Hong Kong, we have been able to attract clients from all over the world. Along with a strong in-house team of specialists and experts, we offer quality valuation services and create value-added solutions for our clients. Mr. Kung has over 20 years of experience in valuation in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Asia-Pacific countries and territories. Mr. Kung has extensive experience in the valuation of tangible assets, intangible assets and business enterprises in Hong Kong and overseas.
He began his career in Chesterton Petty (now known as Knight Frank) in 1991 and later joined a local real estate investment company, before becoming founder and director of Norton Appraisals Limited from 2001 to 2011. At Peak Vision Appraisals Limited, Mr. Kung is Director of the Corporate Valuations department and engages in valuation assignments on financial instruments, businesses and projects, as well as large-scale property developments and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Lee has over 10 years of experience in valuations of financial instruments, businesses, intangible assets including mining licenses, licensing agreements, sales contracts, customer bases, patents, know-how, and trademarks, as well as tangible assets including property, and plant and machinery. His experience covers a wide range of industries including mining, manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceutical and healthcare, media industries, etc.
Mr. Lee began his career with one of the big 4 accounting firms in 2008 and later joined Peak Vision Appraisals Limited in 2012. He has performed valuations at Peak Vision Appraisals Limited and is currently a Director at Peak Vision Appraisals Limited.
STEVEN T. M. WONGÂ

Mr. Wong provides a wide variety of listed and non-listed corporate clients with valuation services mainly for financial reporting, transaction and public listing purposes. He has substantial experience in valuation of financial instruments, businesses, biological assets, intangible assets including mining licenses, contracts, customer relationships, patents, technical know-how and trademarks, as well as tangible assets like plant and machinery.  His experience covers a wide range of industries including mining, manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceutical and healthcare, information technology, real estate investment and development, retail and wholesale, food and beverages, media and advertising industries, etc. Â
Mr. Wong graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a bachelorâs degree in science and later joined Peak Vision Appraisals Limited in 2015. He is a CFAÂź charterholder and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He currently serves as an Associate Director at the company.
